ANNOUNCEMENT – DECLARATION OF AVAILABILITY FOR ELECTION TO GENERAL GRAND COUNCIL ELECTIVE OFFICES – NOTICE OF OPENING DATE AND CLOSING DEADLINE
The General Grand Council Board of Trustees, acting in its role as the election authority for the conduct of the election of General Grand Council Officers to serve as General Grand Master, Deputy General Grand Master, General Grand Principal Conductor of the Work, General Grand Treasurer and General Grand Recorder, does hereby give due NOTICE of the opportunity for those eligible and qualified voting members of the General Grand Council who wish to declare their availability for election to the aforementioned Offices during a period of time reasonably in advance of the General Grand Council Triennial Assembly at Branson, Missouri to be commenced on Monday, August 14, 2023 for the worthy purposes of providing relevant information to the voting delegates about any member available for election in advance of the Triennial Assembly by means of website links and other electronic notifications as well as facilitate the anticipated use of electronic voting technology.
Accordingly, the opening date for submission of an available member’s declaration, Masonic Resume and quality photograph for posting and distribution must be submitted in due and proper form on or before start of business on Thursday, June 1 as of 8:00 a.m. with a closing deadline of end of business on Thursday, June 29, 2023 as of 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

Due to the anticipated use of electronic voting technology, it is imperative that members declaring availability do so in a timely manner to facilitate the proper administration of the conduct of the elections.

Progressive line officers (General Grand Master, Deputy General Grand Master, and General Grand Principal Conductor of the Work) MUST be Most Illustrious Past Grand Masters of a MEMBER Grand Council Jurisdiction. All Elective officers must be Members of a Member Grand Council Jurisdiction.
