Brother Sharrieff-Al-Bey has published and lectured widely on Masonic topics in constituent Lodges of both Prince Hall and “mainstream” Masonic sodalities, and is a Past Master of Cornerstone Lodge #37, of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons of the State of New York. It is his current and cherished honor to serve as President of the Executive Board of the Philalethes Society, Freemasonry’s oldest and largest independent research body. Since 1993, his consistent motto—and abiding counsel—has been “If you want Square Work, you don’t cut corners.”
