Northwest Regional Recorder\’s Meeting – February 4, 2021

On February 4, a conference call was held with the Northwest Regional Recorders. A summary of the call is below.

Alaska

1. Virtual Meeting March 6, 2021, 0800 AK
2. 7 Day quarantine (arrivals), pretty much locked down.

Colorado 

1. Locked Down right now. Not doing anything. 

Idaho

1. Sessions in person – April 15-17, 2021, Lewiston, ID
   1. https://sessions.idyorkrite.org 
2. Chapter then Commandery then Council
3. Open – just started doing degree work.

Montana

1. Roger Cathel – State guidelines – pretty much closed down.
2. Sessions usually first week of June.

Oregon

1. Grand Commandery – April 10, 2021 0900
2. Chapter and Council – No virtual, hopefully April 2022 for annual meetings.
3. State is locked down – Governor. Masonry is “social” – limited to 6 people.
4. MWGM – 6 is limit – Appendant and Concordant under same limit.

Washington

1. In-person sessions – May 13-15, 2021 
   1. 8-12 Chapter 14th – Afternoon Council
   2. Saturday – Grand Commandery
   3. Banquet on Friday. – Awards
2. Website for registration
   1. MWGM has Masonic meetings closed.
   2. If still in place, will go virtual on May 14th and 15th (same schedule for sessions).
   3. EOM decision time.
3. Passing of MIC Floyd Snyder – 2-3 weeks ago. (2009).
4. Passing of MIC Bruce? McGuinnis (MT) – living in Bellingham.

Wyoming

1. Still planning in-person for September – 
2. Registration will be online
3. Some meeting some not in person.
4. Festivals might go when Governor gives go ahead.
5. Rendezvous is cancelled. Focus on getting Masonry going at this point.

Region:

1. Will look at the conference as time goes on.
