On June 3, a conference call was held with the Northwest Regional Recorders. A summary of the call is below.

Alaska

Grand Lodge –
- Quiet for a year – at own discretion via Government
- No limitations in place as of May.
Festival in
- Anchorage May 20-21, 2021 – 3 Companions
- Fairbanks: May 18, 2021 – 3 Companions
- Dark for Summer – Resume in September
Grand Sessions
- Anchorage
- March 10-12, 2022
- Side Bodies and KYCH
- (Tentatively) Crowne Plaza Midtown
- Still working on the hotel – they just opened up.
Grand Lodge
- February 3-4, 2022
- Anchorage
Some Lodges are doing a hybrid session at meetings for those that are uncomfortable.

Colorado

Easing off in Colorado
- No government restrictions at mass gatherings.
- Private business do sometimes require masks or social distancing.
