On May 6, a conference call was held with the Northwest Regional Recorders. A summary of the call is below.

Alaska

• Council meeting – Starting to open up again
• Government – Still some restrictions, working within them.
• Grand Sessions

Colorado

• Government
  • Opening up quickly at this point.
• Denver Council is meeting this month.
  • Bodies are going dark during the Summer.
• Grand Sessions – TBD
  • Still working on venue, scheduling, etc.

  • January 28-29, 2022?
  • Planning Stages, nothing released.
• Festivals
  • Grand Junction Festival planned to happen.
  • Great Plains Rendezvous is cancelled for this year.
