Obituary

David F. Snyder, 91, retired Boeing Electrical Engineer, died Sunday, March 28, 2021. David was an active member of many Masonic bodies for 68 years. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 10:00 am, Friday, April 2, 2021, at First United Methodist Church. Masonic Graveside Service will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Blanch Snyder; and four sisters. Survived by his wife of 70 years, Glenna; daughter, Gloria Summers; sons, Bruce (Gwen) Snyder, all of Wichita, KS, Gary (Nancy) Snyder of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Ginger (Shawn) Farney-Gieger, Jackie (Brian) Wise, both of Wichita, KS, Josi (Nirvan) Khokhani of Louisville, CO, Josh (Angela) Snyder of Valley Village, CA, Jori (David) Whitling of Boulder, CO, David (Deb) Summers of Bloomington, MN, Carl Summers of Philadelphia, PA, Ty Summers of Wichita, KS; great-grandchildren, Abbie, Drew, Mackenzie, Grace, Isabel, Jack, Cade, Kanon, Landon, Anya, Ellery.
