On May 19, a conference call was held with the South Central Regional Recorders. A summary of the call is below.

Arkansas

  • Government restrictions have been withdrawn in accordance with CDC Guidelines.
  • Opening Ritualistically.
  • June – Planned to confer the degrees.

Kansas

  • Conference
    • Transition of Registration to Allan – mailing the previous registrations from the PO Box this week.
    • Speakers notes are being reviewed and will be announced when agreed upon.
    • Will have information available shortly.

General Grand Council

  • Please email the office email addresses (not personal or Facebook) – we are guarding against any lags in response.
  • Please let us know in advance of any awards which may be given during Regional Conferences (in cases where it wasn’t able to be given at Sessions, etc.)
  • We are working to achieve our plan and goal – others will also benefit from the activities.
  • Education is going – Starting with last night.
  • Membership – what are we doing? 
    • Sharing and communicating ideas.
    • Continue to work toward why we are Masons – in 30 seconds.
    • Working with all of the Masonic Bodies to bring a cooperative and collaborative front.
