On December 2, 2020, a conference call was held with the Regional Deputies. A summary of the call is below.

General Grand Council

1. Update on branding – Patents, Charters, First Responder Recognition
2. Focus now on finance and accounting and audit.

Regional Conference – 88 attendees – positive feedback.

1. Add standby’s for next time for time vacancies
2. All that was scheduled happened.
3. Hybrid meetings for the future?
4. Possible virtual meeting mid-year
   1. Prep and promotion of Triennial Meeting One
   2. CMMRF presentation – valuable opportunities for presentations
      1. Nuts & Bolts – a single scientist
      2. Dr. Joe/Dr. Rafa/Brian – Translated to English from Medicine
      3. Virtual tour of a lab.
      4. Leadership Team – Overview and tools
   3. York Rite Leadership Program Advertisement
   4. Get feedback for General Grand Council services.
      1. Survey – Before
      2. Survey review
      3. Survey after
5. Next event: Hawaii Grand Sessions – Likely virtual.
6. Requesting celebratory events – the anniversary of Councils, etc.
   1. Utah – 100 in 2029

• April 15-17, April 1 go/no go for virtual. (April 15 Grand Assembly)
  • Hotel contract has a cancellation clause based upon lockdown.
