Greetings Companions!

The Triennial Assembly of the General Grand Council of Cryptic Masons, International is coming quickly. Some of the important and urgent items for your consideration:

  1. ALL DELEGATES MUST be registered and any documentation provided to the General Grand Recorder NO LATER THAN September 15, 2020.
  2. Offline payments will stop being available on September 15, 2020 (Delegates, please ensure your payment is RECEIVED as well by September 15, 2020.
  3. Subordinate Councils and Grand Councils should already have ensured their reports and per capita for the Triennium are in order so their delegates will be allowed to vote.

Meeting Connection Information
No later than one week previous to the meeting, all registered will receive the link and connection information for the meeting. During that week, there will also be practice sessions available for delegates to ensure that they are able to connect to Zoom, hear and speak, understand how to “raise their hand,” and see the poll. Our committee is providing this time to work with you and mitigate possible technology limitations and issues during the meeting. Please take advantage of this as technology issues during the meeting for individual participants will not be able to be addressed.

Candidates
On Monday, September 1, 2020, the Trustees closed nominations/declarations of candidacy for the elected offices of the General Grand Council. Further, the At Large members of the CMMRF Board of Directors nominations/declarations were closed on July 15, 2020. The following offices and candidates are declared and are running unopposed:

Reports
The reports of the General Grand Council officers, regional deputies, and committees are being posted online as they come in. A final Preliminary Proceedings will be sent to all registered to attend, as well as Grand Recorders of Affiliated Grand Councils and Recorders of Subordinate Councils as a PDF file. They are being posted to the website as pages, which allows them to be translated (via Google Translate) for our Companions’ convenience.
